Evening Bazaar, Cuisine & Crafts of Old Jaipur

Since the founding of Jaipur in 1727, its artisans and craftspeople have sold their respected creations and still use traditional methods to craft items today. Meet your local guide at Hawa Mahal, or ‘Palace of the Winds’, and walk through the bazaar as you chat to locals and try authentic street food. Taste freshly made pakora, samosa and traditional sweets and observe jewellers and silversmiths as they work at their craft.

Wagah Border Excursion, Amritsar

In the early evening head out of Amritsar towards the Wagah border on the Grand Trunk Road, one of only two existing road crossings between India and Pakistan, where you’ll witness the ‘beating retreat’ ceremony. From the Indian side of the international border, watch as the flags are lowered and folded as the sun sets and the guards perform elaborate movements in front of a crowd in both countries.

Temples of Khajuraho

Explore a collection of the original 85 majestic Temples of UNESCO World Heritage-listed Khajuraho on this half-day tour.
