Excellent service as always with Kuoni at the Metro Centre. We were originally going to Vietnam, issues arose with the Middle East war, they put it back for a few weeks, unfortunately the war is still going on, so it was cancelled with no issues. Our next choice was India, we had a very tight time window so couldn’t do it in March/April, but sorted out for later in the year. Your time, patience and help was greatly appreciated, thank you.

Excellent customer assistance, in troubled times, provided by Laura’s team in Metrocentre, Gateshead. Due to the Middle east situation, our trip to Saigon was unable to proceed as we were required to transit, on Emirates airways, in Dubai . Sharna clearly explained the situation and offered all options available to us, regarding our situation. Our queries were answered calmly and professionally. Having considered all options and made our choice, Sharna put the necessary steps in progress to meet our needs. Although we were disappointed not to be able to travel, as the situation that arose was not within their control, we could not have had the matter dealt with in a more sensitive and competent way.

Friendly, knowledgeable professional team who advised and guided through my holiday planning. Answered all my questions giving me peace of mind met my expectations. After sales service excellent. Have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends, do a brilliant job thank you.

Julie Pymm was fantastic. We really couldn’t make our minds up on which Maldives island to go to but following our visit to your Cribbs Causeway office & speaking with Julie, who was extremely helpful, we found our island. I would readily recommend friends visit Julie & your Cribbs Causeway office, everyone was so welcoming.

Whilst shopping in Manchester years ago we simply popped in to Kuoni to pick a brochure - that visit changed the way we booked our holidays for good and we will never go back to another travel agent! The girls made it their business to get to know us - our likes, preferences, absolute non negotiables! We now feel like part of the family!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Kuoni went out of their way to help us when we turned up following a last-minute cancellation of our holiday with a different operator. They found us the perfect trip within the same timeframe as our original booking. Really showed care and attention.

We had a great experience booking our trip to Borneo. We changed dates on more than 1 occasion but nothing was too much for your travel agents. I felt as though they were incredibly knowledgeable about the trip we were booking and managed to accommodate everything for us. Huge thank you to Ariana who has gone out her way from the beginning. Eve was more than helpful. I wanted a holiday that was more of an experience. I’m a 72 year old female looking to do a solo trip to Australia, experiencing the culture. She worked very hard putting together the exact itinerary from flights to hotels and the Ghan train that suited my expectations and at a competitive cost.
