Restaurants & bars

Rende-Vous is the resort's main restaurant and is open at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served as a buffet and at dinner and lunch there's a 'local market' focus. This means that you'll get to sample locally-grown produce and enjoy cuisine from all over the world. The dishes are made in front of you in the open kitchens – the dishes here are all fresh and flavoursome. 1810 is set to become one of the favourite dining venues at the reimagined Preskil, mainly due to its beachside setting. Everything tastes better with a view like the one here. It's all about the local dishes at lunch and seafood specialities once the sun has set. For more international flavours, head to Mosaïc, the Mediterranean restaurant.
