There has been so many I could write a book! But my most memorable has to be Whale Watching in South Africa. It was an unexpected day trip, very much spur of the moment but I have wanted to see whales in the wild for as long as I can remember. So whilst in Knysna, we booked a last minute boat trip to (hopefully!) see some Whales. After two hours at sea and not a single sighting we were losing hope, but just before the guide was about to turn around we suddenly became surrounded by a family of Whales. Something I will truly never forget.
