NPS is used around the world by many leading brands, ranging from Apple to John Lewis, and asks one simple question: ‘On a scale of 0-10, how likely is it that you will recommend a company’s products or services to a friend or colleague?’ Our post-booking NPS score has steadily increased over the years and is now one of the highest NPS scores for any brand, anywhere in the world.
