Rooms
The 182 rooms at Lagoon Attitude are a real retreat with calm and neutral tones, light wood and sumptuous soft furnishings. The Couple Rooms overlook the gardens, poolside or seafront (the latter two are available for a supplement) while the Suites are on the ground floor and have a bathtub on the terrace.
For a treat, choose one of the Whirlpool Suites, which have a whirlpool bath on the balcony that overlooks the Indian Ocean.

There are five restaurants around the resort, including two that you’ll find at all Attitude hotels – the Mauritian eatery Kot Nou and the street-food ‘truck’ Taba-J – along with a handful of inviting bars.
Le Bénitier
The resort’s spacious buffet-style restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with themed evenings and a weekly Gala Dinner to ring the changes.
Coral
There’s a stylish maritime theme at the resort’s à la carte seafood restaurant Coral. Dine under fishing nets on dishes that blend Mauritian and Mediterranean influences. Pre-booking is required.
Lemongrass
For a more intimate experience, Lemongrass specialises in Asian dishes served à la carte (at a supplement; booking is required).
Kot Nou
Graze on Mauritian tapas under a canopy of stars at the traditional-with-a-twist Kot Nou. Pre-booking is required.
Taba-J
Popular with locals, this tin-roofed truck in the shade of a giant banyan tree serves super-fresh Mauritian street food. Come for lunch straight from the grill or a snack later on.
Seabreeze
This casual bar has hanging chairs, deckchairs and beanbags where you can enjoy your drink with views of the beach, the sea and the pool.
Wave
A chic venue for cocktails and live music at night, Wave is also open in the morning for a wake-up coffee.
Coral Bar
This all-day venue doubles as an eatery, serving light lunches and pastries as well as cocktails.
Juice Bar
Lagoon Attitudes’ latest addition sells juices and smoothies made to order using local, seasonal fruit and vegetables, many grown on owner Roshan’s own farm.
Teabaz
With selections from local estates, indulge in the perfect cuppa at the self-service tea bar.
Don’t miss the once-a-week lobster menu at Kot Nou, which specialises in Mauritian cuisine with a modern update.
What's included

The treatments at the small Spa POZ feature sustainable, plant-based products made on the island using products such as neem leaves, moringa oil and cinnamon. If you sign up for one of the 90-minute rituals that include a scrub and a massage, you’ll emerge glowing, stress-free and scented.
A yoga teacher holds classes in the outdoor fitness area, and novices are welcome to join in.
There’s a small gym with treadmills, stationary bikes and weight benches.
Outside, there are two floodlit tennis courts and activities including table tennis, beach volleyball and Nordic walking.
There is a PADI dive centre in the hotel grounds where beginners and qualified divers can arrange courses and trips at their own expense.
The lagoon is ideal for watersports of all kinds, from catamaran trips*, kayaking, dingy sailing and windsurfing to snorkelling and stand-up paddleboarding, or you may prefer to stay dry and enjoy spotting fish from a glass-bottom boat.
The hotel is a member of the Green Attitude Foundation, making it a responsible partner in Mauritius’ sustainable development while offering a genuine island experience. Eco-friendly policies include include a ban on single-use plastics and sourcing food, building materials and spa products locally. At the resort’s Marine Discovery Centre, you can meet marine scientists and learn how to protect the island’s lagoons. Blue Net Bags are provided for guests who wish to help clean the beach.
