Kingfisher Bay Resort, K'gari (formerly Fraser Island)

An eco-friendly resort in a World Heritage wilderness area

Fraser Island is the world’s largest sand island. With rainforests, freshwater lakes, sand dunes, beaches, an abundance of wildlife and birds, exploring is top of the agenda − 4x4 tours, walking trails, stargazing and bush tucker talks are just a few of the things to do here. Kingfisher Bay Resort facilities include four restaurants, three bars, four pools and a Natural Therapy retreat. Resort Rooms are comfortably furnished with a generous-sized bed and private timber decks. Spa Rooms feature a spa bath, and Two Bedroom Villas are more spacious and feature a kitchen. Two Bedroom Spa Villas are more indulgent and also boast a private deck with spa bath. Most visitors opt for the packages including sightseeing and transfers.
