A grand hotel with an award-winning spa and a private beach on Ajman’s coast.
On a soft sandy beach that gently slopes out into the warm waters of the Arabian Gulf, this resort is reminiscent of an Emirati palace. As you walk under the wide arches of the lobby past meticulous flower arrangements, you’ll be transported to a stately Arabian home where soft latte furnishings sit underneath elaborate chandeliers. The service is as impressive as the interior, whether you’re ordering a cocktail at the Escape Bar or meeting one of the head chefs who might come by to check in with you at dinner.
There’s a focus on pure relaxation at the award-winning GOCO Spa. It’s spread out over a huge 1200 square metres, with every inch made for unwinding in amid draped chiffon and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to the sea. At the pool, service is summoned by the push of a button, and the beach is great for swimming when the tide is favourable with low rock walls sheltering the water on either side. Dining is catered to international tastes; there’s live cooking stations at Vista, seafood and steak at Safi and Arabic cuisine at Mejhana where the menu features mezze-style dishes, tagines and charcoal-grilled meats.
The rooms and suites are lavished in gold, teal and purple prints and have modern amenities. Each room has a private balcony and a marbled en suite with Byredo toiletries. Deluxe Creek View Rooms have partial views of the Ajman Creek; we recommend a room with sea views like the Deluxe Sea View Room or upgrading for an Al Dana Suite for extra space.
On a private beach on the end of Ajman’s Corniche, a 15-minute walk from Ajman Museum and the local souks
