Treat your body and mind to complete relaxation and rejuvenation at this unique wellness resort.
The forested mountains and sugar-white sands of Saint Lucia offer a spectacular natural playground for a luxurious escape with a difference. The emphasis here is on your personal choice which means that you can customise your experience from the impressive choice of sports, activities and inclusive spa treatments in newly refurbished treatment rooms. A morning stroll up to the glass-enclosed treehouse fitness centre is an invigorating way to start your day and your hard work is rewarded with fantastic sea views.
With such a strong focus on health and wellbeing, it comes as no surprise that the resort offers the finest food made with fresh ingredients including vegetables from local organic farmers. I-Tal is a fresh new eating concept (supplement applies) which focuses on conscious eating and offers a guided experience with an eco-leader and chefs. For a supplement, treat your palate to one of the incredible tasting menus at Cariblue Windows. The beachfront Deli is the perfect place to enjoy a light meal, coffee or vegetable and fruit smoothies while soaking in the sun on the boardwalk. Afternoon tea is served at The Clubhouse and the Piano Bar is a relaxing evening spot that stays open until the last guest decides to call it a night.
The rooms offer a peaceful sanctuary without the intrusion of a television and range from Garden View Rooms – designed for solo travellers as there is no single supplement – to Luxury Oceanfront Rooms which overlook the beach and lavish Grand Luxury Oceanfront Suites which boast superior sea views. The hotel will be closed during summer 2018, with many of the rooms, some restaurants and public spaces undergoing refurbishment.
A relaxing holiday with a free spa treatment every day and various classes and activities offered throughout your stay to relax and rejuvenate was the promise and this hotel didn’t disappoint. From massages to facials, hydrotherapy to body scrubs we sampled them all throughout the stay and even took part in some of the fitness classes when we could tear ourselves away from our sunbeds. Afternoon tea was accompanied by a saxophonist to really add to the chilled-out vibe and if you are really lucky you may end up sharing a cocktail or two with a celeb!
