Restaurants & bars

The main restaurant, Tamarona is a casual spot for breakfast and dinner, with a bright dining space opening out onto a covered terrace overlooking the lush gardens and water features. Kick off the day with flaky pastries, local cheeses and meats, or cooked-to-order omelettes, washed down with fruit juices and freshly brewed coffee. Come evening, a hint of culinary drama comes with the show cooking stations – one for catch of the day, the other for meat dishes.

Renowned local chef Alexis Alvarez takes the helm in the kitchen at Los Guayres, putting a contemporary spin on traditional Canarian cuisine – don’t miss the tender rabbit with garlic vegetables. Small and intimate, this fine-dining restaurant seats up to 15 diners (reservation required).

A mountainous backdrop sets the scene at La Sama an epicurean enclave with a terrace overlooking the botanical gardens. This exclusive restaurant, open to guests staying in Junior Suites, retains a relaxed and tranquil vibe – the perfect spot to linger over leisurely breakfasts.

For light lunches and all-day drinks, head to La Fula near the northern pool, or cool refreshments in the Bandama Lobby Bar, while Fataga is after-hours venue with expertly mixed drinks and music.
