Our flexible travel promise
Kuoni Flex is here to offer complete peace of mind when you travel. So, within three weeks of your holiday, should the FCDO advise against travel or new quarantine requirements are put in place, either in the UK or your holiday destination, you’ll have three options:
1 – Continue with your holiday as planned
2 – Change your travel dates or destination
3 – Cancel your trip and we’ll process a full refund within 14 days
Need extra reassurance? You can also cancel or change your holiday for any reason up to 35 days before departure, free of charge. (see T&Cs)
Travel advice and support
To make the travel-planning process easier we’ve set up the Kuoni COVID Advice Hub, where you’ll find the latest entry requirements for all of our holiday destinations. If these requirements are tightened within three weeks of your trip, you have the freedom to amend or cancel your holiday at no extra cost. As always, our travel experts are on hand to give personal advice when you need it most too. This includes offering support if your holiday destination moves to the red list or if you, or a family member, test positive for COVID-19 while you’re abroad.
Additional holiday insurance
Although Kuoni Flex offers unprecedented holiday security in response to the ever-changing COVID-19 situation, we also recommend that you take out additional travel insurance. A suitable policy should provide cover in the following circumstances:
• If you’re unable to travel because you contract COVID-19 or are asked to quarantine under the government’s Test and Trace scheme
• If you, or any of your family members, receive a positive COVID-19 test while you’re away
• If your holiday destination is moved to the red list while you’re abroad and you wish to come home early

Kuoni Flex, our flexible travel promise, offers you unrivalled flexibility to cancel or amend your holiday for any reason up to 35 days prior to departure. We will not charge any administration fee for changes or cancellation fees made to your bookings if cancelled or amended up to 35 days prior to departure. If the amended holiday is cheaper than the original, we will refund the price difference. You will be liable to us for any additional cost payable for the amended arrangements if changing to a more expensive holiday or departure date. This offer applies to all new bookings on Kuoni operated package holidays made between 16th December 2021 and 2nd May 2022 travelling between 1st January 2022 and 31st March 2023 (excluding between 10th December 2022 and 26th December 2022). This offer excludes bookings made on Kuoni operated escorted tours; selected airfares and early booking offers that require non-refundable payments at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change excluded package holidays at any time. Final balance remains payable as per our standard terms and conditions. Failure to pay the balance without giving notice of the intention to cancel will mean that normal cancellation terms are applied. Within 35 days of travel, our normal Terms and Conditions apply. We recommend you take a suitable travel insurance policy to cover for cancellation, amendment or additional costs, if you or your party are instructed by the government ‘track and trace’ scheme not to travel, are unable to travel as you or your party have Covid-19, you or your party receive a positive test in destination or the country you travel to moves to the ‘red list’ whilst overseas and you wish to return early. This offer applies to package holidays operated by Kuoni as principal, and not to any third-party product that is sold through a Kuoni store, including, but not limited to Jules Verne, Journey Latin America, CV Villas, Kirker Holidays and Carrier.
