If you booked with one of our Personal Travel Experts in store, you can either call them using the number on your holiday confirmation or why not pop into store for a chat and a coffee.

On your return

If a problem remains unresolved during your holiday, or if you have any feedback for us, you should place your comments in writing Kuoni within 28 days of the completion of the holiday.
