Invoice (Holiday Confirmation)

You will receive your invoice within 7 days of making your booking. Pease check the details carefully, including the spelling of names, travel dates and the amount invoiced. If you have not received your invoice in this time, please contact us and we will arrange for a new copy to be sent to you. You can also check the details of your booking on our website under 'manage your booking'. Its easy to register and allows you to have your booking details to hand whenever you need them.

Travel documents

As part of our on-going commitment to reduce our carbon footprint, we are no longer issuing printed holiday documents unless requested. If you'd prefer to receive a printed version by post, please confirm your preference at the time of booking. If you have already made your booking, you can email your request to with your booking reference in the subject line.


If you have booked transfers to/from your chosen accommodation or tour details of where to locate these on ARRIVAL can be found in your Travel Documents.  

Return transfer details will be advised 24-48 hours before travel and may be left with your hotel reception or advised by our representative.

If once you’ve received your Travel Documents you require any assistance to locate this information please contact our sales support team on 0800 294 9705 if you booked with one of our Destination Experts over the phone.  Alternatively, if you booked with one of our Personal Travel Experts in store, you should call them using the number on your holiday confirmation.
