My payments are not showing on my holiday confirmation. Have they been received?
Alternatively, you can contact your Personal Travel Expert and they will be able to confirm if your payment has been received.
My Kuoni information: if you have made a booking with a Personal Travel expert after March 1st 2016, then you can register a My Kuoni account. Once logged in, click on your booking and scroll to the bottom of your itinerary to view your outstanding balance.
If you are unable to make a My Kuoni account then all customers are still able to use Kuoni's manage your booking website, where your payment history is also tracked and displayed.
