Zero Pool Jovin & Sasant
We stayed at Atlantis hotel 6 night and we spend at least 3 days relaxing at Zero Pool , where Jovin & Sasant took care of us. Service was just awesome! Good recommendations , fast service and great talk. They showed a lot of knowledge in the menu! They made our honeymoon really special.💕 Rudy & Leslie G

We only stayed here for three nights, but got some of the best service we’ve ever gotten at a hotel. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, trying to help you in any way possible. The whole resort is gorgeous, the room was clean and spacious. We had a beautiful ocean view. The attention to detail by the housekeeping was remarkable, they organized and tidied every little thing. The pool areas are very nice, as well as the beach area, with equally prompt service and delicious drinks. We loved being able to take the buggy to the aqua park. The medical clinic was also super helpful. If you have kids, this is an amazing place to bring them as well. Eating breakfast while watching the sharks swim by at Poseidon Cafe is an amazing experience. Would definitely return here again! We didn’t want to leave!
Beautiful hotel with amazing service. The best cabana service from Mr. Grish. Really amazing. The weather is really hot, but they have a big pool, with beautiful cold water. The Waterpark is great!!!! Andreas Peters
We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and it was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The food was amazing and the service even better. Special thanks to Abbey on the beach who saw to our every need and made us feel very welcome. He was very helpful and friendly and always had a positive attitude about the hotel and himself. He was promoted whilst we were there which was well deserved. A real joy to be around. Thank you! And also a special thanks to Emmanuel in the buffet restaurant who we met on our last night. He was very helpful and saw to our every need. Thank you! The rooms are lovely and the views are amazing. We stayed on the west side furthest from the water park with a view of the Palm, pool and sea which was quiet and perfect. The staff at reception were very good too. We complained that our neighbour was smoking in the room next to us which was impacting our sleep, and they moved us quickly without any quibble. The location is a bit far out but a taxi to the Marina is around £8 and to the Dubai Mall around £12. We would definitely stay there again.
Doesn't live up to the standards it claims to have -couldn't possibly be a 5 Star Hotel
We honestly expected a bit more out of our stay in a 5 Star Hotel. Although we only booked for 1 night (for my husband’s birthday), the stay itself was nowhere near remarkable. I had arranged for this 9 months ago and made sure to contact the team again to inform them about my husband’s birthday. One of the few positive things about the hotel was the distance between the lobbies and other amenities and being able to get free tickets to Atlantis' Aquaventure Waterpark, aquarium and beach. The selection of restaurants is also good, providing a variety of medium/high end cuisine choices. The view is lovely no matter what floor or side you get, I suppose. Size of the room was fine, except for the bathroom taking up half of the space. Staff: Upon arrival, we had to wait 25 minutes to be checked-in and then presented by a discounted option to dine at one of the available restaurants. This, however, wasn't brought up to the restaurant staff (who weren't aware of the halfboard dinner offer). The staff at the reception had no knowledge whatsoever about my request for full sea view and small surprise for my husband, even though this was clearly communicated (and agreed upon) through the app. We weren’t even informed ahead of time about having to leave a deposit of 500 dhs/night, which seems to be a common issue with this hotel. There's no form of communication between staff members here and it’s painfully obvious and we're still waiting on that refund. Room: Our room was on a lower floor, with what appeared to be partial sea view (facing the entrance, making it even noisier when I had requested a quiet room). There was no greeting or welcome for my husband on his special day, and the welcome screen on TV was under my name instead of his. There was no call from the reception to check up on us to see if we needed anything. There were stains everywhere and the bed’s linen, comforter and pillow cases were made out of cheap fabric (possibly polyester) which made it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. The lack of ventilation in the partition where the toilet is located makes the bathroom stuffy and smell terrible. The air conditioner was weak and proved to be useless because of the bed comforter’s terrible quality. The hotel’s claim to have soundproof rooms is bogus, with hotel cleaning staff running around all day without specified cleaning hours (I guess they’re trying to fill out the rooms as much as they can) and the door slamming from other rooms that can be clearly heard, which was at 5pm after we had returned. When checking out the next day, we were asked about our stay and were presented with a "sorry." Needless to say, if we returned to Atlantis, I wouldn’t be booking with the hotel again.
