Nice stay overall
Nice free access to aqua venture, wonderful F&B. Room is also nice but smells little humid inside. Pool is so big and temp control with nice background music. Buffet at Kaleidescope was amazing, well organized and cleanliness is superb.
A review about White Beach
I want to be very constructive while giving this feedback. There are a few reasons why a rate this place 1 star (could be 0 if Google has so). The first was the temperature check point. It showed that my body temperature is 41.3 C, which obviously can’t be. Moreover, an hour ago I was in a mall where my temperature was 36.7. Security told us to to calm down and get checked again, however we were forced to stay outside under the heat. I don’t know how we can calm down outside without an A/C. It’s important to mention that during waiting time, some other groups of people came and every person had 40.0 C body temperature. We were 7 people in total (just met first time at that spot) with “dangerous” fever. So the first impression was already ruined. Secondly, they do not let you to go to sweating pool once it reaches a certain capacity of people. So here your hide and sick game starts. People just walk around and try to escape from the security that does not allow anyone in. Like kids at school. I didn’t see him welcoming anyone. As per his count the pool was always full, even in the evening, when it was clearly less people. That security shouts rudely on you and kick out from the pool. And thirdly, they do not allow to drink at the pool. Which kinda okay, BUT, if you go to buy your drink, you loose your sport at the pool. I and non of my friends didn’t buy anything, because we didn’t want to lose the spot at the pool and have this chasing “game” with the security again. White beach couldn’t manage to handle Covid impact in a nice way. Non of us will come back there at least by the time when restrictions are eased and contract end of that rude pool security.
We had a wonderful stay and it was made even better by the amazing staff. Staff members that stood out were Ayaj who couldn’t have been more helpful in the Imperial Club, Simon at the reception who carefully helped us with our bags and was so accommodating on our last day, and Alexandria and Mo in Ronda Locatelli who went above and beyond for us.
Best receptionist in Atlantis
Our second stay in Atlantis wasn’t very pleasant as the first one due to some issues with the internet connection in the room. After thousands of requests to guest services during the day we couldn’t get anything better except the offer to reload the WIFI which didn’t help at all. The only person who nicely solved our issue by offering the relocation to alternative room which is way nicer than what we had was the receptionist Jordan. His attitude is so friendly and polite. He really cares about each and every guest and their concerns. We were so satisfied with his approach that we totally forgot about the troubles we had in the morning. Round of applause to such caring and well performing staff who makes the image of Atlantis outstanding! Well done, Jordan

Everything amazing,we met a guy, his name is Jordan, he really helped us a lot, when we had issues with anything he helped us a lot ,in my opinion he is the best receptionist I have seen so far , and actually very good guy, always helps a lot , 5/5
