There are two restaurants and two bars. Breakfast and dinner is served buffet-style in the main restaurant whilst lunch can be enjoyed by the pool at La Pérgola.
Buffet Restaurant
Serving breakfast and dinner which you can enjoy on the outdoor terrace. In the evenings there are themed dinner nights.
La Pérgola
Located next to the swimming pool, this is the venue for lunch and light snacks.
Bar La Pérgola
Serving drinks and snacks by the pool.
Bar Sala
Located in the main building, Bar Sala has nightly entertainment.
The internationally themed nights at the Buffet Restaurant are always popular.

Hike Altos de Guajara and Montaña de las Arenas, the two best routes for views of Mount Teide, take a day trip to Anaga Rural Park, criss-crossed by scenic trails and rich in wildlife or wander the colourful streets of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, lined by colonial buildings and pretty plazas.
There are two salt water swimming pools and a rooftop hydro pool. It's a five-minute route to Playa de Fañabé or you may prefer to catch a wave at El Médano, a windsurfing hot spot and one of Tenerife’s most beautiful beaches.
Adrián Colón Guanahaní is single-use plastic free, has water-efficient toilets and showers and offers guests the choice to reuse towels and opt-out of daily cleaning. Energy-efficient LED lighting is used wherever possible, electricity is 100% renewable and all windows are double-glazed.
Minimum stay: 4 nights.
Interconnecting and adapted rooms available on request.
The hotel has three wheelchair accessible double rooms.
