Food and drink options are nice and varied here and thanks to the range of different options, there’s hardly any need to dine outside of the hotel at all. Stirling Grill and Lounge is the hotel’s main restaurant, where you can get everything from hearty breakfast to casual lunches and slap-up dinners, while The Pulse General Store + Coffee Bar in the lobby is the place to be for grab-and-go bites. You can sip seasonal tipples at the rooftop pool bar, or for something a little more special, there’s the Stirling Experience tasting menu.
