Yet again...Absolutely Fabulous!

Wonderful return to this hotel and it remains as good as ever! Great location, wonderful food, lovely rooms and staff are amazing, so friendly and always make the time to chat. The hotel now have various exercise / Dance/ Yoga and Mindfulness classes on during the day, thank you Sylvia! This is a fabulous hotel, very peaceful and relaxing, we will certainly return once again. Thank you to all the staff.

Unforgettable experience

An excellent hotel with a fantastic service , staff really make you feel at home. A great choice of restaurants and bars with a great variety of menus. In my opinion everybody has to visit the Spa , is so nice and big really has everything and the therapist lady was one of the best I have ever experienced. An unforgettable experience!!! Thank you

Very good for package holiday hotel 5* ? Depends what your idea of 5* is.

Been here many times over the past decades and thankfully it has now been refurbed. New beds are very comfortable and rooms have been repainted neutral losing that so dated 80’s look. Staff are brilliant and many remembered us from previous years. Surprisingly we found out that they now have an all inclusive package which seems to be unlimited food, which is why I gathered nearly everyone on this ate fillet steak everyday with a bottle of wine at the pool bar ( by far the best food in the hotel but not open at night) and lots of people drank pina coladas at the pool which were also included. Greatest thing was no kids under 18 allowed which was brilliant but being all inclusive the clientele are a bit different like the Brit who arrived and consumed 20 G&T’s in a day and there has always been a few sun beds reserved early morning but this has now got to ridiculous levels and it was only 40% full. Two elderly people reserved 4 beds every day just to stop anyone from being next to them, something the hotel needs to sort out somehow as others were empty for 4-5 hours before people sat on them. The restaurants have also been revamped and we booked the Japanese as it’s not great but good fun, most of the food went back as it seemed to be covered in some sweet stuff like honey, the rice was good but the rest awful, but a lot of people love it even if we think the closest thing the chef has been to that’s Japanese is a Honda car, sorry but that’s my experience and we always eat out every night. They call it 5* and for a package holiday I guess it is but this can’t be compared to 5* like Aman’s, Mandarin Orientals, Sixth Senses or Four Seasons but at a third of the price of these it’s very good and I guess that if your not to worried about food which is expensive for what it is the fully inclusive is a great option and very cheap and surely the price must rise at sometime. Great place to stay though as it’s comfy and quiet, beach is still photo shopped and the restaurant on the beach is good plus the girls serving there are great plus the package would be an extra £200 per day which as lunch for two and wine sets you back around £150 makes it easy to be in pocket if you eat and drink like most package people. Agreed with one of the staff that the supposed 5* doesn’t sit well with all inclusive.

Great hotel with fantastic staff.

Fantastic friendly professional staff, very clean tidy hotel within easy walk of the town. The only reason it is not a five there is a pigeon problem that needs to be addressed as in the one restaurant the Seaside Bar and Grill if you sit one one line of tables you can get sprayed upon.

Secrets Hotel review

This Hotel is definitely 5 Star. Food and staff excellent. Could not find any fault at all about this Hotel. We will use the Secrets hotels whenever we choose an holiday abroad. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They did everything possible for us to enjoy our stay.
