This luxury retreat celebrates Deia’s artistic heritage, in an idyllic setting and with superb inclusions.
This charming hideaway in olive and citrus groves is regarded as one of Mallorca’s finest hotels. There are four buildings including twin 16th- and 17th-Century manor houses, traditional Mallorcan architecture and beautiful interiors. An excellent gallery hosts exhibitions and performances throughout the year, and the resort is also home to one of Spain’s largest permanent sculpture gardens where you can try your hand at painting, sculpting or ceramics in an art class. Take a tour of the olive groves followed by a picnic in a stone shepherd’s hut, and a free two-hour boat ride along the rugged coast. The hotel hosts a series of themed events such as a cello concert on the lawn and a vintage Vespa exhibition.
Take in stunning views over the sea and mountains while you dine; savour creative Mediterranean cuisine at the El Olivo Restaurant, set in a former olive press and considered one of Spain’s finest dining experiences. Café Miró is a more casual setting, ideal for tapas and cocktails.
The rooms have antiques and local works of art, as well as beautiful garden and mountain views. Classic Rooms reflect the style of the old manor house while some Superior Rooms have high ceilings. Spacious Junior Suites have a living area and four-poster bed. Suites with private plunge pools are also available on request.
