A chic boutique hotel full of art and history, tucked away in a maze of narrow streets and courtyards.
This attractive former convent has been converted into a unique white-washed hotel. In keeping with its heritage, the hotel has a monastic style with light open spaces that create a really peaceful atmosphere. There are original features such as high vaulted ceilings, limestone walls and arches but also some stylish modern touches; settle into a beanbag by the cosy wood-burning fire in the lounge or relax in one of the hammocks on the rooftop pool terrace.
The service here is outstanding, and one of the highlights is the world-class Marc Fosh Restaurant, overseen by acclaimed Michelin-starred chef Marc Fosh. A wall of cascading water and pretty greenery provide an elegant setting for creative Mediterranean cuisine. Discover contemporary artwork at the innovative Art Bar which is set in the convent’s former refectory and serves as both an exhibition hall and a bar where you can indulge in delicious cocktails.
Each room has crisp white and warm beige colours. Superior Rooms are cosy while Deluxe Rooms have more space. Junior Suites and Suites are even more spacious and also feature a living area. The Luxury Suite is hugely spacious and has its own steamroom, as well as a whirlpool on its spectacular terrace.
