From the moment I have entered the hotel me and my husband have received a warm welcome by the staff. They accompagne us to our villa and make us feel very comfortable. Especially Ms shivani, and the team who were here for us during our stay at the hotel. And also Mr kailash who were here for us to guide us. It was such one of the most wonderful moment spend there. The staff were all friendly,good manner. We really appreciate it. Thanks you From Mr n Mrs motah.
Mediocre customer service
I had made a reservation for April 2020 but due to COVID19 and lockdown of the country, i had asked for a refund of my stay. I requested a refund on 14 May 2020 and the reservation agent Anais Kisnorbo replied on the same day, that my request has been sent to your accounts for processing and the necessary will be done accordingly. On 8 June 2020, having not received any refund, I sent you another email inquiring about the refund and this time, stated that your colleague from the account department will contact me. Fair enough, your colleague, Ben Ramsamy asked for my bank details so that he may process the refund.So from the 14 May 2020 till the 8 June 2020, nothing has been done concerning my refund? It is only when I did not receive any refund and inquired again, that you then ask me for my bank details? Had i not inquired, I would still be waitinf. To add insult to injury, even though I have sent my bank details since the 8 June 2020. As of today, 24 June 2020, I have still not received any refund. I am disappointed and angry by the mediocre level of service. Irrespective of the situation, a hotel like Constance Belle Mare which is a 5 stars hotel, I believe should have a higher standard of service and customer and take its responsibility in fulfilling its obligation . I would advise people to consider well before booking this hotel if you do not want to have such hassle in the future. A disappointed and angry client.
Amazing hotel ambient with very nice beach, rooms were top clean, I also enjoyed food and very agreable and friendly service from great local people who always smile :) special thanks to Renooka Dursany, Moideen Amjad, Rajen Seewsagur Boojhawun,Atish, Rishi, Oumesh, Roy, Potie Jean Pascal Ivan ;) Hope to see you guys again!
Chef who is an indian helped us a lot ,i want to thank him ,actually we stayed there in 2016 Oct. Or so ,i for got to write a review ,so please accept this.i am attaching his photo in restaurant. He was very helpful.
Belle More Please!
Since 2007 we have returned to the Belle Mare Plage on eight occasions. In that time we have travelled to other resorts in Mauritius, as well as many others around the world. We are convinced that returning to this resort is always the right choice; we have persuaded others to visit and, they in turn, have told us they feel the same way. Last year we spoke with two brothers, who have been visiting the Belle Mare Plage, with their respective families, for several years. With some regret they stated that they would not be returning this year as their children were seeking more adventure. They qualified their regret by saying that, having travelled all across the world, they hadn't yet found anywhere better. We whole-heartedly concur. Let us hope that the world will soon be able to put these dark times behind us all so that we are able take up our booking and return again this September. Barbara & Rod Hall
