Yes, the place is big and specious, yes, it is carefully gardened, yes, there are plenty of things to do around. But, most of those things to do around are way too expensive, for example 2 scuba dives for 250 €, when one of them is in a pool? Have you lost your mind? The food is below mediocre, in fact, I make better pasta at home, and many other things were simply inedible. Then there’s the room, ours was small, the parents bed was two separate beds (really? Are you serious?) the kids room was tiny, dungeon tiny (!!!) and there was room for only two beds there, so young one had to sleep in our room. There was hot water shortage, and in the kids shower there was a drizzle and the toilet was running constantly. Bottom line - way too expensive
PERFECT FOR MY FAMILY
The resort is huge, services are good and all the staff are very friendly. Most activities have been well organized and our kids enjoyed the time at Forte Village very much. There are many nice restaurants for lunch and dinner, it is a wonderful resort hotel for families and kids!!
Our Anniversary “Booked 10 nights to celebrate our 7 year anniversary and was a little worried due to the mixed reviews. As soon as we pulled up and 2 members of staff rushed out to greet us in our Transfer we new this was the right place for us. Words cannot describe how great this place is. It's perfect for families. Every member of staff was fantastic and really went out of their way to help. Check in is at 2pm. We went straight for breakfast and as soon as we finished our room was ready. The food choice is unbelievable, they have everything you can think with all the Restaurants Choice part and not of the Half Board! The rooms are awesome, which was cleaned twice a day! Thank you”
An Amazing Week + 2 days!!
don't usually write reviews, but my wife and I would like to express our gratitude to all the staff of the "Palme" for their attention and courtesy towards us. They were 9 wonderful days, food, room, activities, wine bar, massage, all wonderful and organized, once again thanks to Gianni and his staff. Matthew & Sara
Nice and beautiful. Again.
It was our fourth vacation in the Forte Village. We are one of the old guests of the place as we were there first time vacationing over 20 years ago. Since then we came three times with the most recent one two years ago. Normally we like smaller hotels, but with this one it is different. It is big, but it is good big. We like it. Kids like it. There is so much to do there for everyone that it is hard to argue against it. Yes, it is not perfect. It may be not the most luxurious, the most beautiful, the most tasty. But overall the package is undoubtedly good. And the staff is trying. The best they can. To make this huge hotel a luxury and personal. As much as possible. It is changing too. They try to improve it. What Forte Village was 20 years ago and what it is now is a big change. Change for a better I believe. Firstly the activities. Kids liked the sport academies and participated in many. With my 10 year old son, we went to Karting every single evening. Restaurants are good. The sea is good. The beach is of course crowded, but still manageable and still we liked it. There is shopping too. There are concerts and shows every evening also. So much to do that it is not boring. So we keep coming back.
