We have gone to the Caesius for many years and always delighted with our stay. The rooms are clean and bright, but feel they and the bathrooms are looking a bit tired and could do with a bit of an update. The food menu was a bit repetative, and not the same relaxed atmosphere as previous years, and also an a bit of an atmosphere with the staff. one waiter in particular seemed to constantly be rushing about. So pleased to see Gabrielle who was charming as always, but missed Filippo who always had everything under control, and was part of the fixture and fittings. We have travelled to many countries and always had a daily courtesy bottle of water in our room, but never at Caesius, which i feel they should do. The pool ,sauna, hydro massage excellent. After so many excellent holidays over the years we came home slightly disapointed.
Three nites in Lisbon, unforgetable. A Hotel like a Home. And the Staff - I think, I remember my livetime long. Will come back some day, come what may. Close to all another spots in Lisbon, and close to heaven. Alfons
Stayed here 4 nights after a break in Venice. Loved : Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed, good air con, tea/coffee/kettle & use of dressing gown, pool bag & pool towels. Superb food choices - we liked the menu options which were quality with buffet style choice of salads and dessert. Waiters were friendly but efficient and worked hard to keep everything running smoothly. Friendly & helpful reception staff. Free shuttle bus service into Bardolino & back (bookable at reception) although the walk was only 20 minutes it was welcome after a full day of sight seeing!) Nice size hotel - not too big, not too small - easy to find your way around and enjoyed a couple of hours at the end of the day on the sun beds around the pool. Lovely indoor pool with the best massage water jets I’ve come across! Had 1 massage in the spa which was very good. Ideally situated to explore the many beautiful places on the Lake - we bought boat tickets from Bardolino port and once we had fathomed out the time table we traveled to Salò, Sirmione, Garda, Malcesine (cable car to Monte Baldo) and enjoyed the scenic trips on Lake Garda to each destination. Nothing to dislike about this hotel and would happily return.
Top class hotel close to Lake Garda with many amenities for relaxing, including sauna, hydro massage and swimming pool. Great restaurant and ample breakfast. Rooms and suites beautifully furnished, home from home.
We enjoyed our time here. This is more of a resort hotel with great amenities. The breakfasts were great. A lot of choice. The room we had was good. We were first put in a family suite which was huge but asked to be moved as it was noisy. The room we were given after that was very quiet. They have a nice outside bar area. The staff were helpful and pleasant.
