If you hear some lively chatter, it’s probably coming from The Grant Grill, a popular restaurant just off the lobby. It serves dishes with ingredients harvested from the hotel’s rooftop garden. The 270 high-ceilinged rooms and suites are tastefully finished with empire-style furnishings and come with all the amenities you’d expect from a hotel of this calibre. No detail overlooked. Even the towels are the plushest imaginable. If you’ve skipped The Grant Grill in favour of one of the many options in the Gaslamp Quarter, stop by the lounge for a nightcap instead.
