Set on a working wine estate dating back to 1692, and known for being the first to commercially bottle Pinotage. As you enter the estate along an oak-lined avenue, the manicured vineyards and rolling hills of the Jonkershoek Valley unfold. The Cape Dutch architecture of the white-washed manor house is your entrance to the hotel. Full of old-world charm, the property is filled with antiquities and artwork, preserving the history of the property.

Start your day with a visit to the sumptuous continental breakfast buffet at The Manor Kitchen before exploring the estate or the historic buildings of nearby Stellenbosch. Try some of the local artisanal produce at the Tasting Room and Deli or tuck into pub-style meals at the Taphuis before retiring to the Craven lounge for a night cap in front of the fire.
The Manor Kitchen
There's plenty of seasonal and local produce served at breakfast and for the evening meals. Take an afternoon tea here on Saturdays or try its famous Sunday lunch. For a culinary journey, experience the seven course menu on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Tasting Room and Deli
As well as offering cellar tours and wine tastings, a breakfast and light lunch menu is served. Don't miss the freshly baked scones.

Every Friday and Saturday evening, you can indulge in a seven-course fine dining experience with Lanzerac wine pairings at The Manor Kitchen.
