Magical and beyond expectations!
We went to Oberoi Ajman almost by coincidence. From the hygiene standards to the service quality and from the architecture & simple luxury of the feeling of the hotel we had a very very pleasant surprise. Food was also remarkable. Highly recommended!
Should be renamed PARADISE
We stayed in Oberoi al zohra last week, and I have seriously no words to describe our experience. The resort is truly spectacular with Nordic styled architecture. To top it up the Staff's are really on another level, to name a few, RICARDO was very professional he sorted out all our Food & Beverage during our stay. If your planning to visit this place, please be in touch with him. SHRUTI was very welcoming as well, VISHNU, RAHUL, JAYESH extremely good individuals, 5 star's to them. CHEF ROYSTON was wonderful, helped us get wonderful knowledge in and around Ajman and more importantly of the resort and it's restaurants and cuisines. I personally like staff's trying to have a conversation with their guest's, which definitely this highly trained OBEROI professional do. 5 star's to their training team. A couple of their wonderful professionals were INDRA, the buggy man, SEIKA the house keeping guy. ..truly wonderful. Well done to OBEROI AL ZOHRA TEAM.
the hotel exceeded our expectations. its a small property so not too many people around you or in the restaurants. the food is very good under the sous chef, gaurav arora. the rooms are spacious and well appointed. the service was outstanding
One fine stay
As a Dubai kid I am slightly used to the glitz and glamour of life here in the UAE, spoiled by the wonderful amenities and services it has to offer. In August, I made a trip down to the Oberoi and have to say that it was one of the best hotel stays I have had, ever. The place is quaint (not unlike a modern residential development) and quiet and the decor is so well appointed. While it's elegant and comfortable it is not over the top. The service from the moment we arrived was warm and efficient and the Indian meal we had in the evening - it being an Indian owned and operated hotel - was delicious. You also get a lot of little add ons when you stay there, a lollipop at the pool, two for one offers on drinks... it makes everything just that little bit more special. They even couriered my book (left at the pool) to me for free. It's the little things really. Can't rate this place enough. Absolutely stunning.
I, my wife and 2 daughters spent 3 nights at Oberoi al Zorah from October 17. The place is really beautiful. At the arrival the access is protected by security. The hotel has less than 100 rooms and is spread across a large surface so you never feel too crowded. The architecture and internal design are stunning. Rooms are spacious, with high ceilings and very well equipped and comfortable. Our 2 rooms had also a private garden that was very large, private and very pleasant. We spent most of the time at the beach that is clean and well serviced, we never missed to get a spot in front of the sea even arriving late. Our kids enjoyed the donut with ski jet which is great fun but unfairly overpriced (service managed by the hotel). Overall service is impeccable everywhere and the staff is very well trained and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and the personnel extremely polite and a accommodating. We dined at Both Vinesse and Aquario. Food is maybe not at the same standard of excellence - Aquario proposes some Italian/Mediterranean dishes that to an Italian like me could be better - and lacks certain sophistication and variety.
