Restaurants & bars
A fantastic selection of fresh fruit and hot and cold dishes are available at the breakfast buffet at the Terrace Restaurant which offers indoor and outdoor seating and also serves a buffet lunch. In the evening, enjoy dinner by candlelight accompanied by the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. The catch-of-the-day and a superb selection of international and local dishes are available. Regular themed nights include a weekly beach barbecue, Caribbean, carvery and Italian.
Dress up for dinner at The Trysting Place – a fine dining restaurant open six nights a week that offers an exquisite à la carte menu of French and Caribbean cuisine served on fine bone china with crystal glasses and damask linens. The romantic ambience is enhanced by the resident guitarist.
Pull up a driftwood chair and sink your toes in the sand at the new Malabar Beach Club which sits under a giant sail and serves light dishes with ingredients from the local market.
Chefs at both restaurants can cater for guests with food allergies. Swim up to the Pool Bar for refreshing drinks during the day and relax in rattan sofas overlooking the ocean at the laid back Terrace Bar which is a popular spot for coffee, afternoon tea and cocktails.
If you’re not ready to end your evening after dinner then head to the lively Champagne Bar which offers nightly tastings and stays open until the last guest leaves.
