Itinerary overview
Trip notes
Before your cruise
Bali’s deep green jungle is the perfect prep before cruise departure day. Spend three nights in Ubud for rivers, rice fields, body scrubs and batik classes. Learn to cook coconut sambal, bathe in holy spring waters and embrace a slower rhythm that’s like nowhere else in the world. Ubud is a a great place to get grounded before setting sail for those South-east Asian shores.

Trip notes
Beyond Bali
There are a thousand ways to be surprised by Indonesia. Live the Nat Geo dream meeting Komodo dragons and manta rays. Discover living heritage – Sasak people in Lombok and Dutch, Javanese and Chinese traditions in Semarang. From Surabaya’s nutmeg-scented markets to Taoist temples and hot wax batik in Jakarta, this cruise turns the culture up.

Trip notes
Overnight stays
Two overnight dockings mean more time to explore. In northern Bali? How about a jukung boat ride, frangipani-scented hot springs steam or a coconut oil pressing class? And Singapore? After dark is its own kind of magic. The heat lifts, the chili crab hits dinner tables, gin comes with rooftop views and The Garden Light Show (free to see) blooms neon.

Trip notes
After your cruise
A couple of nights in Bangkok can be high energy or slow-mo. Spa oils, silk markets and golden wats. A river boat ride cutting through the city, a heat-free saunter around MOCA and calypso cabaret with full sequins after dark. Then it’s on to Hua Hin (or Koh Samet if you prefer) for a finale of toes in the sand, gentle waves and sunsets on the beach.
