MIDDLE EAST TRAVEL DISRUPTION:
Our team has been working to make sure that we’re supporting anyone who is currently on holiday and has had their return travel plans delayed, which includes customers travelling on connecting flights through the hub airports that are currently closed.  

Our priority is to look after all our customers both on holiday now and those due to travel imminently, so we’ve put policies in place which we’re keeping under constant review. 

FOR CUSTOMERS DUE TO TRAVEL:
We’re calling all customers with holidays booked up to 5th March in order of departure date, including holidays which transit through airports which are impacted, and are either offering the option to amend the holiday, re-book for later dates or refunding the holiday cost.

We are making the calls pro-actively so we urge anyone with a booking up to that date to wait for a Kuoni travel expert to get in touch to talk through options.   

We’re keeping the policy under constant review and, if the situation continues, will update the policy and continue to inform customers due to travel.

FOR ANYONE WHO IS CURRENTLY ON HOLIDAY:
The most important thing for all our customers who are away is that we keep them safe and provide the latest information about return flights.

We’ve been in touch with everyone who is currently away on holiday in the region, or have transits through, and advised them to follow the official advice to register their presence with the British Government.

We’re offering support for all customers with regular communication as well as support to extend accommodation stays. We have Kuoni representatives on the ground who can be contacted at any time.

We always align with FCDO advice and airline policies, to ensure all customers are safe. We’re also working together with partners to ensure their welfare and to make sure they can return home safely and as quickly as possible.

We’re monitoring the situation closely and will update and amend our policies to reflect the latest information on flight options and safety of travel.
