Cafayate Full Day tour from Salta

Humahuaca Gorge

This full-day tour takes you from Salta through the narrow mountain valley of Quebrada de Humahuaca. An ancient trade route and breathtaking natural wonder, this UNESCO-listed valley is home to the famous Seven Colours Hill and the town of Purmamarca. Stop in the town of Tilcara, which is the site of the remains of a pre-Hispanic hilltop fortress and visit its market before continuing on and crossing the Tropic of Capricorn and visiting historic villages and the town of Humahuaca itself. En route back to Salta, there'll be a short stop in the  city of San Salvador de Jujuy.
