Sri Lanka Wellness
Each of the three beautiful resorts you’ll experience is architecturally striking and offers a different facet of wellness, from yoga and martial arts to hydrotherapy and Ayurveda.

Check off must-see locations in Sri Lanka while dedicating plenty of time to relaxing. You’ll revel at the incredible surroundings in your first boutique hotel, the Water Gardens, which has the iconic Sigiriya Rock as the picture perfect backdrop. There's plenty to see and do in the area, which will set the scene and help you get to know Sri Lanka’s heritage. There's the opportunity to go on some exciting day trips during your time here including a visit to the famous UNESCO Heritage listed Sigiriya Rock and you can even go on a safari in Minneriya. As you ease further into your trip, slow the tempo as you experience the excellent hydrotherapy facilities at Santani Wellness Resort & Spa near Kandy before switching to the holistic mind, body, and soul approach at Glenross Living – both sensationally beautiful locations on your trip.
Itinerary overview
Highlights of trip
Days 1 to 4
Sigiriya
When you arrive in Sri Lanka, a private transfer will whisk you off to your first resort. After a four-hour journey from the airport, you’ll check into the boutique gem, the Water Gardens. There’s a blissful tranquillity here, perfect for easing you into your wellness break. The small-but-perfectly-formed overwater spa, the therapies unite Asian techniques and local natural products. However, you’re in a wonderful location to explore the area's highlights, including the Sigiriya Rock Fortress and Dambulla Cave Temple. A jeep safari in Minneriya also comes highly recommended.

Here, you'll have four blissful days to relax in the hydrotherapy suite and open-air thermal soaking pool with paddy field views.
