Restaurants & bars

Combining the tastes of Old Ceylon with flavours of the Orient, White has created a whole new take on Sri Lankan cuisine. You can watch the chefs in action at the show kitchen and enjoy fresh seafood, speciality deserts and amazing local dishes with a touch of Asian flair. At Salty Snapper you can dine out on the terrace, enjoying a gentle breeze as you overlook the pool and beach. Serving up fresh salads, wood fired pizzas and other light bites, you can relax and enjoy the laidback atmosphere of this popular eatery. Duo is an enticing glass cave, where wine racks span from floor to ceiling housing an array of over 2000 wines, including rare vintages and great classics. Perfect for a special occasion, or a romantic meal for two, you will dine in style with glass crockery and cutlery. For tea lovers, the T Lounge is a slice of paradise. Open-plan and overlooking either the sea or the gardens, you can watch a tea making ceremony, hear all about the history of Sri Lankan tea and choose from one of 30 premium handpicked teas. There is also homemade cheesecake. Cocktails, music and edgy décor – the Sea Lounge is chic and hip. Try one of the tea infused cocktails for something a little bit different, but definitely delicious.
