Grand Mercure Puka Park, Coromandel Peninsula

Beautiful location close to Pauanui Beach

This peaceful hideaway is set in 25 acres of native bushland on the eastern shore of the Coromandel Peninsula, close to Pauanui Beach. Historically known for its kauri logging and gold mining, the area’s dramatic coast is fringed with white-sand beaches.

The resort is spread out in hilly bush and there are lots of steps between the rooms and the facilities. Relax by the pool, treat yourself to a massage or spend some time in the sauna to release any tense muscles. Stay active with a game of tennis or borrow one of the resort's bicycles and explore the beautiful countryside and coast. Miha Restaurant and Bar offers à la carte dining and beautiful panoramic views across the Coromandel Ranges and Pauanui Beach.

The romantic Tree Hut Chalets have a shower and balcony. Rimu Chalets are more spacious and have a bath and shower while Kauri Chalets feature kitchen facilities, a washing machine and dryer.
