It’s a must-visit for foodies – two Michelin-star chefs have restaurants within the resort. With first-class restaurants all around the world, Nobu Matsuhisa hardly needs an introduction; the hotel’s headline restaurant, Matsuhisa Limassol, will be his first in south-eastern Europe. The Lombardy-born, London-based chef, Giorgio Locatelli, will also bring his award-winning cuisine to the AMARA at Ristorante Locatelli. Two further dining venues include the al fresco waterfront Nera, where delicious and fresh seafood dishes are served, and the All Day Dining, a classy space where Cypriot specialities are served.

Rooms
Reflecting the design of the hotel, the style of the 207 spacious rooms, suites and cabanas is light, fresh and cool. They've used natural tones, marble features and furnishings and statement artwork on the walls. Every room has sea views and state-of-the-art technology: think smart televisions, wirelessly controlled mood lighting and panels throughout the room which control television volume, the curtains and the temperature of the rooms at the touch of a button. Any room or suite you choose is going to be a good choice, but we highly recommend one with a pool on the terrace; a couple of our favourites are the Penthouse Duplex Suite (Rooftop Duplex Suite until 30 April 2025) and the Grand Deluxe Suites which have either one or two bedrooms.
