Urban Canada & New England
Metropolises & Maples

Four contrasting cities by land, and charming Canadian and New England destinations by sea with Regent Seven Seas: this holiday is for both urban dwellers and nature lovers – there’s no compromise here.
With space for just under 750 guests, Seven Seas Splendor is a wonderfully bijou ship with service that goes above and beyond. The vibe is light and bright with marble and chrome details and dark wood furnishings, and the lounges and bars are chic but comfortable.
Itinerary overview
Trip notes
Before your cruise
The best way to kick off your adventure is finding out for yourself how three of Eastern Canada’s metropolises compare. Let the train take the strain as you travel on VIA Rail’s intercity service from the heart of one city to the next. If you’re short on time, you could just tick off Toronto before heading to step on board the wonderful Seven Seas Splendor.

Trip notes
Fairmont hotels
Stay at the world-famous Fairmont hotels in Eastern Canada’s characterful big cities. These are: Fairmont Royal York in Toronto, Fairmont Château Laurier in Ottawa and Fairmont Queen Elizabeth in Montreal. These heritage-rich railway hotels have the best addresses in town, have top restaurants and are perfectly placed for your VIA Rail connections.

Trip notes
Shore excursions
The highlights of any Regent Seven Seas cruise are the included shore excursions. At each port, you can pick one of the no-cost experiences like foodie walking tours in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Gilded Age walking tours or Acadia National Park Loop Road drives in Maine’s Bar Harbor. There are also St Lawrence River wildlife-seeking trips and brewery visits in Halifax.
