Day 1

Chao Phraya River

You’ll depart from the Anantara Riverside Bangkok and sail to Koh Kret to spend the morning learning local pottery techniques. Enjoy some lunch on the boat either on the sun deck or in the dining area. Arrive and dock at Wat Niwet Woravihan just in time for golden hour. Dinner with wine-pairing follows your sunset cocktails and canapés before retiring to your teak-clad, air-conditioned cabin, complete with en suite bathroom, comfortable bedding, and traditional local accents.

Ayutthaya

After breakfast on board, you'll visit Wat Niwet Woravihan, a unique European-style temple on an exclusive island. Next you'll explore Bang Pla-in Palace, the serene summer retreat of the Thai monarchy. Lunch is served back on the Loy Dream before exploring the canals of Ayutthaya by longtail boat, observing local life as it unfolds along the riverbanks. Then you can try your hand at making some traditional Thai desserts. There’s time to explore the UNESCO-listed temples of Ayutthaya, Thailand’s former capital, before enjoying a delightful evening of cocktails, dinner, and wine back on board. As the ship arrives at Wat Bot, you’ll dock and spend your second night on board.
