Kuoni is suspending all holidays until 30 April 2020

The Kuoni customer support team is currently working hard to help customer with their future travel plans. The FCO is now advising British nationals to avoid all non-essential travel until further notice.

With this in mind we have suspended all holidays departing up to, and including, 30 April 2020.

We want to reassure those who have holidays booked with us that our team is working hard to contact customers in date order to discuss their options. For those who have amended holidays and booked at a later date, we would like to thank you for continuing to support Kuoni. If you have a holiday booked and haven’t heard from us yet, rest assured we will be in touch, our team are working on a list of holidays in order of departure dates.

You can talk to the team on our new number 0800 056 0517

Or on email support@kuoni.co.uk

Lines are open between Monday to Saturday between 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Please note that lines are busy, but we are working hard to make sure we deal with all calls as quickly as possible. If you are travelling later this year and would like to talk to us about your holiday it may be easier for now to send an email to support@kuoni.co.uk - rest assured we will read and respond to all emails as quickly as we can.

Kuoni is part of a larger international group, REWE:

As we’re part of a large international food and travel retailing group, REWE, we’re monitoring the situation closely along with our international colleagues at REWE, and the travel division, DER Touristik, which Kuoni is part of.

We’re well-equipped to deal with challenges that come our way and our operations team has decades of experience between them.

We are doing all we can to be as flexible as possible as the current situation evolves.  Our people are here to support customers throughout and we are increasing the size of our operations and customer service teams to help people with their travel plans.

What happens if the FCO advises all but essential travel to a country I’m in or due to visit?

Our approach will follow our well-established process:

  1. If you are currently in the destination, we will make contact to talk about your options to return home.
  2. If you are due to travel imminently, then alternative options will be discussed with you. This will include postponing your trip, changing destinations or the option to cancel.
  3. If you are travelling to the country in the coming weeks or months, we’ll be in touch to discuss the latest situation and options available to you.
