Kuoni is part of a larger international group, REWE:
As we’re part of a large international food and travel retailing group, REWE, we’re monitoring the situation closely along with our international colleagues at REWE, and the travel division, DER Touristik, which Kuoni is part of.
We’re well-equipped to deal with challenges that come our way and our operations team has decades of experience between them.
We are doing all we can to be as flexible as possible as the current situation evolves. Our people are here to support customers throughout and we are increasing the size of our operations and customer service teams to help people with their travel plans.

What happens if the FCO advises all but essential travel to a country I’m in or due to visit?
Our approach will follow our well-established process:
- If you are currently in the destination, we will make contact to talk about your options to return home.
- If you are due to travel imminently, then alternative options will be discussed with you. This will include postponing your trip, changing destinations or the option to cancel.
- If you are travelling to the country in the coming weeks or months, we’ll be in touch to discuss the latest situation and options available to you.
