Facilities
The service here is outstanding, and one of the highlights is the world-class Marc Fosh Restaurant, overseen by acclaimed Michelin-starred chef Marc Fosh. A wall of cascading water and pretty greenery provide an elegant setting for creative Mediterranean cuisine. Discover contemporary artwork at the innovative Art Bar which is set in the convent’s former refectory and serves as both an exhibition hall and a bar where you can indulge in delicious cocktails.

Located in the heart of Palma's old quarter, many of the city's attractions are just a short stroll away including Cathedral Le Seu, the city’s magnificent Gothic cathedral, S'hort Del Rei Gardens and the shopping area of Paseo del Borne.
The hotel has been sensitively restored from a 17th-century nunnery, extending the building’s life and reducing material waste. The restaurant minimises its carbon footprint by keeping produce local and seasonal.
