Bird watchers have 420 species to try and check off their list.  If that all sounds too busy, you can unwind at the pool or take a treatment at the spa.

Meals are served in the dining area, on the terrace or in the traditional African boma. Expect plenty of seasonal and local produce. Roy's Bar and the pool bar serve drinks and snacks.

Using Terres d'Afrique and Dermalogica products, relax with a treatment at the Ghost Mountain Spa. Myrrh body polishes, black earth mud masks and African aromatherapy massages are just some of the items on the spa menu. There's also a steam room and plunge pool.

There's plenty of different activities here. You can join a game drive into nearby Mkhuze and Hluhluwe game reserves, embark on a boat cruise, try your hand at tiger fishing on Lake Jozini, enjoy a Zulu Cultural trip or head out to explore the beautiful surrounds on one of the many hiking trails.

Ghost Mountain Inn has always been committed to sustainability and is Fair Trade Certified. They grow and compost a vegetable garden which supplies the kitchen and have added indigenous plants which use minimal water to grow. They have a charitable foundation which supports local businesses and education programmes.
