 King Jason Zante

Overwater suites, understated luxury

High-design, adults-only and the whole hotel practically floating on infinity pools. Feels like a members’ club without needing membership. If you want everything included in your holiday but still want luxury, this is it.

If the goal is a rest that truly restores you, check in here. Nearly half the resort’s surface shimmers with pools and plenty of rooms open directly onto water - either Swim-up Suites with shared pools or Private Pool Island Suites. Blue Health? Absolutely. Four-poster daybeds dangling in the water? Yes please. Knead bread (yep, they’ll teach you), sip tsipouro, picnic under olive trees and swim after sunset. Dining? Two a la carte restaurants on rotation - Middle Eastern one night, Peruvian spice the next, and a poolside restaurant that’s open daily. Interiors? Organic, raw and grounding. You’ll stay cocooned for days but when curiosity hits, you’re minutes from Tsilivi’s beach, watersports and tavernas.

Why we love King Jason Zante

  • The all-inclusive is top shelf drinks, wines from the cellar, day time à la carte, vegan and gluten-free galore and a mini bar restocked daily

  • The views are almost otherworldly. Hillside location, sparkling Ionian Sea and pools threading from one room to another.

  • Wellness plus wine. It’s health-driven when you want it to be ( yoga. meditation, spa) but there’s also the wine cave, tastings and sommeliers on hand.

  • It’s just as much made for a getaway with friends as it is a romantic escape. Plenty of social things going on but also space to disappear.

The food is worth talking about and the all-inclusive is premium, which means all the luxuries without ever worrying about the bill. Atmosphere and taste? Open-kitchens, tables at the waterline and zesty fresh flavours with a kick. Watergarden, the main restaurant, overlooks the pool and olive groves while two à la carte restaurants (reservations required) operate on a rotating schedule to keep your taste buds guessing.

Watergarden
All-day Med restaurant with a live bakery, charcuterie and show kitchen for made-to-order hot dishes. Easy, casual and comes with buffet dinners and a walk-in wine cave where you can choose your own bottle.

Pisco
A taste of Peru, à la carte and booking required. Ceviche and food smoke-grilled on a Josper-Robata (skewers, hot coals and open-flame grilling in front of you).

Haroub
This à la carte (booking also required) switches things up with eastern Mediterranean and Levantine flavours. Meze-style small plates, spices and where you’ll find the pita bread making experience.

Aesthesis Cocktail Bar
Day time bar with live music on select evenings. Premium spirits and cocktails overlooking the pool.

Float Pool Bar
This one’s built into the main pool so you’ll be sipping while you swim.
