The open garden spa has two treatment rooms in the tropical gardens. There are four complimentary yoga and Pilates classes every week. Guests can also use the pavilion for private practice. There’s a small gym along a fitness track and guests can join weekly complimentary guided walks.
Join Sylvanus, the Head Gardener, for a tour of the hotel's colourful tropical gardens, visit Gros Islet for an interactive experience with the Pantime Steel Orchestra, join a rum tasting session, make your own chocolate bar or take a sunset cruise.
The team can arrange a day of scuba diving through Caribbean Divers.
From the secluded beach, guests can try Hobie Cat sailing, snorkelling, paddleboarding and kayaking.
