 Hamilton Beach Villas

Stretch out in your own private villa

West coast villas boasting space, peace and the Caribbean Sea. All the room you need for R&R and all of Nevis at your feet.

You’re in a great spot. Steps from the sea, Mount Nevis standing watch behind you and Pinney’s Beach - all soft sands, sea grape shade and sunrise swimmers - right in front of you. Every stay is a condo-style villa stay: big breezy spaces perfect for families, friends, even a full crew of grandparents and little ones. You’ve got living spaces, dining spaces, cool air-con humming and a full kitchen if you fancy frying up market catch-of-the-day. Not cooking? No problem. The Yachtsman Grill serves up island flavours. For a taste of easy-going Nevis life this is a brilliant option. A 120-foot winding swimming pool. Green hills behind you climbing up to Nevis Peak. Water taxis whisking you to St. Kitts. The tiny parish of Cotton Ground right next door and Charlestown - colourful, fruity and full of history - just a five-minute drive.

Why we love Hamilton Beach Villas

  • Museums, markets, sailing trips, snorkelling spots and Nevis Peak hikes all within easy reach.

  • With only a handful of villas it feels boutique by nature, yet two pools and a gym keep things balanced.

  • Crowd free and calm Pinney’s Beach is one of Nevis’s best. Soft sands, sea breeze and a few beach bars for something cool and refreshing.

  • Family escape is written all over it. Big villas for playing, chilling, cooking - all with the Caribbean Sea right outside.

In-villa kitchens have you covered for when you fancy being chef or if you’ve got little picky eaters and babies to feed. But when you want a night off, you’ve also got The Yachtsman Grill, the hotel’s beachfront restaurant. Face the ocean, catch the sea breeze and make the most of a menu full of seafood, meats and wood-fired pizzas. Eggs come fresh from the farm and mangoes straight off the trees. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Closed on Tuesdays.

What's Included

Breakfast at Yachtsman Grill

Charlestown, the Botanical Gardens and the Robert Trent Jones II Golf Course are all a short drive away. Get adventurous with hikes, hidden waterfalls and hot springs or make it more tranquil with a trip to Lovers Beach and a salt scrub at the hotel’s spa. You can also charter boats, snorkel with sea turtles and ride bikes around the island.

Hamilton Beach works for grown-ups just as much as it does little ones. Pizza for the kids and rum punch for the adults. Room to breathe and relax in big breezy villas. Beachfront mornings and afternoon naps. Drifting down the hotel’s river-style 120-foot-long pool, chilling out on the veranda and snacks on tap from your own kitchen. Sandcastles, swimming, snorkelling and sunset evenings are all on the agenda and the rest of the island is easy to explore too: mini adventures up Mount Nevis, short drives to sugar mill ruins and the capital’s colourful shops or an exciting water taxi ride over to St. Kitts.
