Fiji Holidays

Roam silver-screen islands and discover some of the world’s most spectacular coral on our holidays to Fiji.

Fiji lies at the heart of the South Pacific and is one of the most postcard-esque places on Earth. Make the trip here and you’ll discover pristine white-sand beaches, breathtaking leafy landscapes and a wonderfully diverse culture spanning indigenous, Indian, European and Chinese heritage — Fijians are some of the warmest people you’ll meet, so expect friendly exchanges of bula (the local greeting) wherever you go.

How to get to Fiji

Fiji is half a world away so it should come as no surprise that it takes a bit of time to get there. We recommend adding it on as a post New Zealand beach break or a creating a California road trip and Fiji chill holiday. Most international flights will land in at Nadi airport on Viti Levu's west coast. From there, you can go by sea or air to the island resorts of the the Mamanuca group (more on those below) or by road to Viti Levu's south coast.

Underwater world

Eco-tourism leader Fiji is known as the ‘soft coral capital of the world’, so be sure to head out and discover its resplendent marine life. One of the must-sees is its picturesque Coral Coast — 50 miles of brilliant golden beaches, secluded bays and palm-fringed shores on the south coast of Viti Levu, the country’s main island.

Paradise personified

Close to Fiji’s main airport in Nadi and a swift but scenic helicopter or boat transfer away, the exclusive Mamanuca Islands are the perfect spot to kick back and take things at your own pace. Their soft-sand beaches, inviting turquoise sea and exotic coconut palms feature in the classic Tom Hanks film Cast Away, and the islands of Tokoriki, Malolo and Matamanoa are home to intimate, secluded and luxurious hotels. You’ll have world-famous diving spots at your fingertips as well as other watersports ranging from kayaking to snorkelling and banana boat rides to waterskiing, or you can just enjoy the miles of spotless South Pacific coastline.
