One of the main gates into Kruger National Park is just a 20-minute drive away and day safaris will bring you closer to seeing animals in their natural environment. Further afield, you can explore natural beauty of Blyde River Canyon and God's Window.
The resort has 60 en suite air-conditioned rooms overlooking the gardens or the golf course. The rooms have two double beds making it a good choice for families. Between explorations, the resort has five swimming pools, a spa, tennis, pickleball and squash courts. The 18-hole golf course is popular with guests, especially at the 16th hole where you can tee off whilst being watched by the resident hippos in the adjacent dam.
