 The View Agadir

Beachfront style, Agadir energy

Contemporary Moroccan design meets the Atlantic, with an expansive spa and evenings that run late.

The View Agadir makes a striking first impression: a vast wall of glass frames the Atlantic beyond palms, pools and wooden boardwalks leading towards the beach. Inside, natural stone, pale wood, deep blues and Berber-inspired details give the hotel a contemporary Moroccan look. Days can rotate between the beach, Amaya Spa, and long lunches by the pool, while evenings bring modern Moroccan and Italian cooking, live music, and Buddha-Bar’s dinner-and-show experience.

Why we love The View Agadir

  • The hotel earns its name before you’ve even checked in. A foyer window frames the Atlantic, with palms, pools and wooden boardwalks filling the view between you and the beach.

  • There’s plenty of personality at dinner. Mima Kitchen brings a contemporary spin to Moroccan flavours, Le Sensya takes you to modern Italy, and beachfront Nazka by Buddha-Bar majors on ceviche, grilled seafood and Pan-Latin cooking.

  • Amaya Spa is made for lingering. The heated indoor pool sits alongside hammams, steam facilities, massage rooms and relaxation spaces, with Moroccan bathing rituals at the heart of the treatment menu.

  • You get the beach without losing touch with Agadir. The centre is around 500 metres away, Souk El Had is around 3km from the hotel, and the seafront promenade makes it easy to head out on foot when you fancy a change of scene.

Amaya Spa brings Moroccan bathing traditions into a contemporary setting, with a heated indoor pool, hammams, steam facilities, massage rooms and places to relax between treatments. The fitness programme goes well beyond the gym, with yoga, Pilates, tai chi, breathwork and sessions that can move outdoors or down to the seafront. Golf is close too, with courses around 3km away and tee times bookable through the hotel.

There’s plenty of scope to get out on the Atlantic. The hotel can arrange kitesurfing and boat trips, while quad biking and horse riding take things inland. For something gentler, central Agadir and the seafront promenade are easy to explore on foot.

Across The View Hotels, the sustainability programme includes reducing single-use plastics, cutting water and energy consumption, and investing in renewable energy. The group also prioritises Moroccan artisans, cooperatives, and local suppliers, while herbs and aromatic plants used in its bars are grown on site without chemical fertilisers or additives.

Younger guests have their own club, playroom, outdoor playground, and children’s pool, while evening babysitting can be arranged at extra cost.
