Sea Breeze Beach House by Ocean Hotels

A beach-chic retreat on Barbados’ stunning south coast

This luxury all-inclusive sits on a talcum-white beach, with charming ocean views and exceptional dining

This intimate resort is steps from Maxwell Beach and caters well to families as well as couples; kids can splash around in the family pool before heading to the Lil Dippers Club; teens can enjoy air hockey, table tennis and indoor basketball at the Shore Break Lounge; and couples can escape to the adults-only zone for exclusive Jacuzzis and calming views. Relax with an in-room spa treatment, enjoy a fine-dining experience by the ocean or recline on a sun-lounger as friendly pool attendants offer icy towels and sorbets; the views across the water to Oistins Bay are spectacular, and there’s a floating sun deck you can swim out to for the ultimate in serenity.

Why we love Sea Breeze Beach House by Ocean Hotels

  • There’s a kids’ club and teens’ lounge, plus regular evening entertainment from local performers.

  • It’s well-located for exploring the highlights of the south coast, with Oistins Bay, St Lawrence Gap and Bridgetown all within easy reach.

From casual Bajan cuisine to elegant fine dining, you’ll find menus to satisfy all palettes here, with four restaurants, five bars and a rum café among the culinary lures. For a supplement, indulge in a five-course Chef’s Table menu paired with premium wines (available at selected pop-up locations across the property), or opt for a private dining experience and get cosy in a twinkling gazebo under the stars as you sink your toes into the sand.

Mahogany Lounge
This beach-chic lounge features beautiful mahogany furniture and serves a creative Caribbean-inspired menu, with buffets for breakfast and lunch, and a combination of buffet and à la carte options for dinner.

The Flying Fish
Set just off the beach by the family pool, this laid-back spot serves tasty dishes with a picturesque backdrop – think stone-fired pizzas, sandwiches, salads and grilled meat and fish.

Cerulean
Decked out with stylish blue and gold accents, this fine-dining restaurant serves innovative menus in a beautifully romantic setting, with ocean views for a backdrop (selected dishes subject to a supplement).

Aqua Terra
With a tempting menu of fresh seafood and grilled steaks, this is an elegant spot for dinner with an outdoor deck that’s perfect for sunset-watching.

De Rum Shop Cafe
Pick up a sweet pastry and wash it down with a rum punch or rum-infused coffee at this rustic café.

Tipsy on the Beach
Enjoy light bites and sip a cocktail with a fresh sea breeze from this open-air beach bar and let the rolling waves lull you into a daze.

Exquisite food and a beautifully romantic setting make Cerulean our favourite spot here.
