Additional holiday insurance

Although booking with Kuoni offers you valuable holiday security, we also recommend that you take out additional travel insurance.

Speak to your preferred insurance provider for advice on finding a policy fully suitable for your needs. A suitable policy should include, but not be limited to, cover in the following circumstances:

  • If you’re unable to travel because you or any member of your travelling party suffer any illness or injury
  • If you, or any member of your travelling party, require any medical treatment/assistance while you’re away

Travel advice & Support

Our travel experts are on hand to give personal advice when you need it the most. This includes offering support if the Foreign Office changes its advice on your holiday destination. Check the FCDO advice of your holiday destination prior to departure at gov.uk/travelaware.

  • Health facilities, hygiene and disease risk vary worldwide. You should take health advice about your specific needs as early as possible and ensure that vaccinations or preventative measures such as malaria tablets are taken early enough (which may be a month or more prior to departure) to be fully effective by the date of travel.

    Sources of information include your General Practitioner, specialist clinic or the NHS’s Fit for travel website.
