The 48 contemporary rooms are set across two floors and feature memory foam mattresses and a balcony or terrace. Classic Rooms have garden views and Superior Rooms come with partial sea views. The Junior Suites are more spacious and are available with partial or full sea views while the luxurious Canne Bianche Master Suite has a living area and its own plunge pool.

Open for lunch Giùammare Osteria Contemporanea caputres the laid-back spirit of the Puglian coast. Fresh seafood, seasonal ingredients and local flavours take centre stage, with dishes served on a sea view terrace.
Autentico Wine & Restaurant
Offers a refined evening with a modern take on Apulian culinary traditions. An extensive wine list featuring more than 160 labels compliments the dining experience, whilst artisan pizzas provide a relaxed alternative.
Botanico Lounge Bar
From aperitifs to after-dinner cocktails, this is the hotel's relaxed social hub.
Botanico Pool Bar
During the summer months, the pool bar serves drinks and light bites and is the ideal spot for relaxing between swims.
Giùammare Osteria Contemporanea uses locally sourced produce in its dinner menu featuring the likes of Puglia’s signature orecchiette pasta washed down with Primitivo red wine.

The Aqua Spa offers a range of treatments including osteopathic therapies. A gym, Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room, hydro-massage chromotherapy and aromatherapy showers are part of the spa facilities.
Learn how to create local dishes in a cooking class or rent a car and explore neighbouring historic towns such as Ostuni, Alberobello and Monopoli.
When you’re taking a break from exploring the region, you can sink onto a sun lounger under the shade of a tamarisk tree, swim a few lengths in the saltwater pool, soak in the warm waters of the Jacuzzi or stroll down to the narrow strip of sand.
Minimum stay: 5 nights 14 May-30 Sept.
At various times of the year the narrow strip of sand is reduced due to coastal erosion.
A tourist tax is payable locally at the hotel.
Transfers are not included.
