Shangri-la Chaing Mai is one of the BEST hotel

We stay in 3 difference hotels this trip and you are the best! Your hospitality, your service mind, your food quality, your people, etc are out standing. Our daughter really like the room that you decorated for her also the Christmas sweet things and a huge bear in the room. We forgot our tablet in the plane and your staff just went back to the airport and got it back for us. This was so impressive. Thank you very much. It was wonderful staying at your hotel.

My favorite place..Feels happy like home❤️

I am impressed and happy every time I come here .. just walk into the hotel. Will smell very pleasant..Immediately felt relaxed..there really one place..Good staff all were smiling. Have take care..Very good service.. Feels safe and happy like home💕 Breakfast have a wide selection and they are all delicious. Especially bakery .. And dinner is a special buffet meal. There is a wide variety of international food. Especially the seafood is very fresh and delicious. I am happy and very impressed with the service here.. Good service, clean, aromatic and safe .. Of course I will go to the service often.❤️😊

Good experience!!!

The hotel is elegant. Staffs is good service and friendly. Breakfast has many choices. The hotel is suitable for family trip, holiday or special vacation. Location is in city of Chiangmai, but I recommend rent car or use car service of hotel for traveling in Chiangmai.

Wedding Anniversary

We an absolutely fabulous stay. We could not have had a better reception. The employees were incredibly welcoming and kind. The facilities were gorgeous and impeccably clean. We especially want to acknowledge Ms. Dream for her phenomenal service. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Good experience

Wonderful hotel located in the heart of Chang Mai. The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. All well furnished, classic from a prestigious hotel. A large reception welcomes guests with very helpful and professional staff. Great experience
