This exceptional and newly refurbished resort offers a contemporary and understated style that doesn’t distract from the island’s natural beauty. Indigo on the Beach
Enjoy the relaxed setting for lunch and dinner at Indigo on the Beach. Spilling out from the terrace onto the beach, the atmosphere is so informal, even footwear is optional. The menu includes salads, pastas, grilled meat and fish dishes.

One of Antigua's most popular restaurants, East offers a taste of Asia with dishes from Indonesia, Thailand and Japan.

Ottimo! is the hotel's Italian restaurant serving wood-fired pizzas, seafood linguinis and spinach cannellonis. There's even a Little Ottimo! menu for younger members of the family.

The Jetty Grill
Overlooking the Caribbean sea, The Jetty Grill is the adult-only dining restaurant. Serving a fusion of Caribbean dishes, grilled meats and the freshest of seafood, it's a wonderful romantic setting. It's also the venue for Firepit Fridays where you can enjoy rum punches and Caribbean music.

Pavilion Bar
With open sides and wooden shutters, relax in the Caribbean-styled Pavilion Bar for a fruit punch, an aperitif or a rum night cap.

Carlisle Bay has a weekly programme of activities including sunrise pilates, nature walks, aqua aerobics, cooking demonstrations tennis tournaments and sunset cruises.

In order to maintain a peaceful setting for its guests, Carlisle Bay only has non-motorised watersports including kayaking, snorkelling windsurfing and paddleboarding. Motorised activities including waterskiing and wakeboarding can be arranged in the neighbouring bay.

The resort has its own cinema, with a big-screen, plush seating and purple mood lighting. There are movie showings for little ones with the kids’ club, and families can also settle down for a cosy night in.

We recommend the Beach Terrace Suites for families, which have direct access to the sand, a master bedroom for adults and a separate bedroom with twin beds for children. For larger families, the Carlisle Suite has a large living area that opens onto a terrace, and three bedrooms.

The kids' club has its own paddling pool, sand pit and jungle gym as well as a range of activities.

• Finger painting
• Water play
• Treasure hunts
• Beach games
